If you prefer to return your item, you have 30 full days from delivery to do so. Contact us at support@velvyraparis.com and we will guide you through the simple process.

Free size exchanges
Wrong size? No problem at all. We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. Contact us and we will sort it immediately.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us immediately with a photo. We will send you a replacement right away at absolutely no cost to you.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
European customers
EU customers enjoy a 14 day cooling off period as required by EU consumer law.
