Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum required
Every order ships free worldwide. No minimum. No exceptions. We never charge for delivery ever.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information automatically.
Delivery times
We ship via air freight and dedicated line logistics to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your door. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

Every order ships with full tracking included. Your tracking link will be emailed to you automatically after dispatch so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

Customs and duties
Most countries receive orders with zero customs fees. In rare cases customs duties may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please do not refuse or abandon your parcel as refused parcels cannot be refunded and will be destroyed by customs.
Special notices
Brazil: Due to Brazilian customs regulations some orders may experience an additional 1 to 2 week delay. We appreciate your patience.
Canada: Due to current carrier conditions some packages may experience a delay of 3 to 5 additional days.
If you experience any logistics issues please contact us immediately and we will resolve it properly for you.
